South Lewis scored 44 points to win the girls Class D title, which included a 1-2 finish for sophomore Brynn Bernard (18:42.8) and senior Lexi Bernard (19:19.2).

Jack Gregorski led the US#20 Corning-Painted Post boys to the Class A team title. Corning was the top team in the state all season and finished with 30 points and put two in the top four overall (Gregorski and fourth-place finisher Ashton Bange). Gregorski's winning time was 15:45.7.

Fayetteville-Manlius edged ahead of Shenendehowa for second, 79-83.
